What we collect, and what we do with it.

DigiMagz is the trading name of Baidehi Ravanari Atelier, Pune, Maharashtra, India. We collect little, and only to reply to you and make your publication.

01Who we are

Baidehi Ravanari Atelier, trading as DigiMagz, is responsible for the personal data described here (the “data fiduciary” under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and the “controller” under the GDPR). Contact: magz@digi.ai.in.

02What we collect

When you use the enquiry form: your name, email address, company, country, the format you want, the extent (number of pages), your deadline, your budget and your message.

When you email us: whatever you choose to send, including content, photographs and files for a project.

When you browse: aggregated page-view counts from Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 also records which pages are visited, with IP addresses anonymised.

We do not ask for payment card details, identity documents or anything about children.

03Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote (steps at your request before a contract).
  • To carry out a project you commission (performance of the contract).
  • To keep the site secure and free of spam (our legitimate interest).
  • To understand which pages are read, only if you accept analytics cookies (your consent).

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

04Where it goes

  • Resend delivers each enquiry to our inbox by email. Enquiries are not stored in a database or a CRM.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form submission comes from a person, not a bot.
  • Vercel hosts the site; Vercel Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate, with no cookies.
  • Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics cookies. Advertising features are switched off.

Some of these providers process data outside India, including in the United States and the European Union. We use them only for the purposes above.

05How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and our correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Files supplied for a project: for 12 months after delivery so we can produce later issues, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Invoices and payment records: as long as Indian tax law requires.

06Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
  • have it corrected, completed or updated;
  • have it erased when it is no longer needed;
  • withdraw consent you have given, such as for analytics cookies, at any time;
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights for you; and
  • raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you equivalent rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and complaint to your supervisory authority.

To use any of these rights, email magz@digi.ai.in. We reply within 30 days.

07Grievances

Our grievance contact is magz@digi.ai.in. Write with “Grievance” in the subject line and we will reply within 30 days.

08Cookies

Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. The details are in the cookie policy, and you can change your choice from “Cookie settings” in the footer.

09Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Project files are shared only with the people working on your publication.

10Children

This site and our services are meant for businesses and adults. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be noted on this page for at least 30 days.
