Branded newsletter

A newsletter with your name on it

A founder's newsletter is read because a person wrote it. A branded newsletter that looks like every other email template is not. We design yours as a small magazine with your name in the masthead: a few pages that people print, keep and pass on, and the same issue as a PDF and a link.

It suits a CEO writing to customers and the team, a founder writing to investors, a doctor writing to patients, or a CA writing to clients. You send the words; we edit them to fit, write the headlines and lay out every page.

Or write to magz@digi.ai.in or WhatsApp +91 98605 96905.

Founder and CEO newsletters

The best founder newsletters read like a letter, not a press release: what happened, what it means, what we got wrong, what is next. We give them a design that matches that voice, quiet and well set, with room for one chart and one photograph that say more than a paragraph.

Sent as a printed four or eight pages to your best customers and investors, it stands out in a way an email cannot. Sent as a link, it opens properly on a phone.

For clinics, CAs and law firms

  • Patient newsletter

Seasonal advice, a doctor's note and clinic news, in English and an Indian language if you want both.

  • Client briefing

What changed this quarter in tax, law or regulation, explained in plain words, with the dates that matter.

  • Association newsletter

Members' news, events and a message from the president.

Newsletter tool or print?

Both. Tools such as Mailchimp, Substack or beehiiv are good at sending; they are not built to design a page people keep. We design the issue once and give you a print file, a PDF to attach and an email version of the lead story to paste into your tool.

Closest samples

Studio specimens, not client commissions: two founders' 4-page monthly newsletters you can turn page by page, each with the 12-page quarterly it belongs to, in the same design. The founders, their companies and every figure are fictional. All our work.

Web edition

The same issue can also be delivered as a web edition: an interactive digital magazine with text that fits any phone, video and links that work, and a reader report of opens, reading depth and time spent. One link to share by email or WhatsApp.

Web edition +US$99 (₹6,000 in India).

Issue launch kit

The posts that launch your issue, made from it and in its design, in your name and your voice: a cover reveal for the feed and stories, a LinkedIn carousel of the main idea, quote cards, a chart card and a note for WhatsApp, each with a suggested caption. Nothing on them mentions us.

Issue launch kit: about 10 pieces, US$99 (₹6,000 in India) per issue.

  • Cover reveal post: her portrait, her name, the Jharokha cover and Issue 01 is out
  • First LinkedIn carousel slide: Quiet is expensive, with her name
  • Quote card with her black-and-white portrait and a line from her essay
  • WhatsApp card: a note from her with the cover, reply for the link

Questions we get asked

What is a branded newsletter?
A newsletter in your own design and voice, rather than a template: a masthead with your name, a layout kept issue after issue, and content written by you or your firm. Ours are designed like small magazines and delivered for print, PDF and a phone link.
What should a founder newsletter include?
A short letter from you, one main story, a few figures that show progress, what you learned or got wrong, and what comes next. Four to eight pages is enough; regular beats long.
Do you send it for us?
We design; you send. You receive a print-ready PDF for your printer, a light PDF and, if you want, an email version of the lead story for Mailchimp, Substack or beehiiv. A web edition gives you one link for WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
Do you write it?
You send the words, even as rough notes or a voice note. We edit them to fit, write the headlines and captions, and tell you what is missing. We never invent your opinions or figures.
How much does a branded newsletter cost?
From US$149 for 4–8 pages and US$249 for 8–12 pages (₹4,000 and ₹8,000 in India). Four issues booked as a year are 10% off list.
