Brochure design company

A brochure is often the only thing a buyer takes away from a meeting or a trade stall, and it is usually the oldest thing in the company's sales kit. A clear, well-made one tells a buyer the company is serious before anyone opens the price list.

As a brochure design company we work the way we design a magazine: from the words and photographs you already have, on a proper grid, with type that reads at arm's length. We edit your text to fit and sharpen the headings so the brochure sells. You get a print-ready file for your printer and a lighter PDF that travels well on WhatsApp and email.

A bi-fold or tri-fold that works on a stand: stand number, the one thing you want remembered, and a QR code to the rest.

Studio specimens, not client commissions. Sonchafa is a full 8-page real estate brochure you can turn page by page; the other two are covers. All our work.

Web edition

The same issue can also be delivered as a web edition: an interactive digital magazine with text that fits any phone, video and links that work, and a reader report of opens, reading depth and time spent. One link to share by email or WhatsApp.

Web edition +US$99 (₹6,000 in India).

Issue launch kit

The posts that launch your issue, made from it and in its design, in your name and your voice: a cover reveal for the feed and stories, a LinkedIn carousel of the main idea, quote cards, a chart card and a note for WhatsApp, each with a suggested caption. Nothing on them mentions us.

Issue launch kit: about 10 pieces, US$99 (₹6,000 in India) per issue.

  • Cover reveal post: her portrait, her name, the Jharokha cover and Issue 01 is out
  • First LinkedIn carousel slide: Quiet is expensive, with her name
  • Quote card with her black-and-white portrait and a line from her essay
  • WhatsApp card: a note from her with the cover, reply for the link

Questions we get asked

Can you design a tri-fold or a single-sheet leaflet?
Yes. A tri-fold or a two-sided leaflet counts as a 4–6 page brochure and starts at the lowest price. Tell us the folded size and we set the panels up for your printer.
Do you print the brochures as well?
We do not print. We send a print-ready file that any printer can use, and we can answer your printer's questions about paper, bleed and colour.
How quickly can a brochure be ready?
The first proof arrives within 10 working days of receiving your complete text and photographs, with two rounds of revisions included.
Bi-fold, tri-fold or booklet: which should we choose?
A tri-fold suits a stand or a counter: one message and a call to action. A bi-fold (four pages) gives room for a short company story. Once you need a page per product or service, a stapled booklet of 8–12 pages reads better than cramming panels.
How many revisions do we get?
Two full rounds after the first proof, included in the price. Further rounds are quoted before we do them.
Do you write the brochure copy?
We edit what you send: cut it to fit, sharpen the headings and captions, and tell you what is missing. We do not write a brochure from a blank page; if you have no text, a page of notes per section is enough for us to shape.
How much does brochure design cost?
From US$149 for a 4–12 page brochure for clients outside India, and ₹4,000 for clients in India, fixed in a written quote before work starts. For comparison, freelancers in the US and UK typically quote US$200–1,500 for a brochure, and agencies more. The price includes two rounds of revisions, a print-ready file and a light PDF for email.
