Newsletter design services
A newsletter is the publication that has to be finished every month or quarter by someone who has another job. It is shorter than a magazine and more frequent, so what matters most is a template that makes the next issue quick to fill and still looks considered when it lands.
We design the first issue in full and build the template around it: a masthead, a front page that leads with the main story, regular sections that stay in the same place, and space for photographs that come from phones. Later issues reuse the system, so they turn round faster and cost less when booked together.

Issue launch kit
The posts that launch your issue, made from it and in its design, in your name and your voice: a cover reveal for the feed and stories, a LinkedIn carousel of the main idea, quote cards, a chart card and a note for WhatsApp, each with a suggested caption. Nothing on them mentions us.

Questions we get asked
- Can you design an email newsletter for Mailchimp or similar?
- We design newsletters as print and PDF publications. A PDF newsletter can be attached or linked from any email platform, and we supply the front-page image to use in the email. We do not build or code HTML email templates.
- Is a regular newsletter cheaper per issue?
- Yes. Issues booked together are 10% off list for a quarterly, 15% for a bi-monthly and 20% for a monthly. The first issue builds the template, so later issues are faster as well as cheaper. Each issue is invoiced on its own.
- Can we fill the template ourselves later?
- Yes, if your team works in InDesign: on request we hand over the template file with styles set up so you can produce later issues yourselves. Most clients find it simpler to send us the copy each time.
