Your wedding, as a newspaper
A wedding newspaper is the programme guests actually keep: a tabloid on every chair with the order of the day on the front, the story of how you met inside, a who's who of the wedding party, the menu, a puzzle page for the speeches, and a thank-you on the back.
We design it from your words and photographs, page by page, so it looks like a real newspaper rather than a template with names dropped in. You receive a print-ready file made to your printer's newspaper format; you order the copies directly from an online newspaper printer, and we can recommend one.

What goes in a wedding newspaper
Front page
Your names as the masthead, the date and place, and the day's headline: the order of the day or a photograph of the two of you.
Order of the day
Ceremony, drinks, dinner, speeches and the first dance, with times, so no one has to ask.
Our story
How you met and how the proposal happened, in your words, edited to fit.
Who's who
Parents, the wedding party and the people guests should find, with a line about each.
Food and tables
The menu and the seating plan or table guide.
Fun pages
A crossword, a quiz about the couple or a predictions page, written from your answers.
Who prints it
We design; we do not print or post copies. You receive a print-ready PDF made to the newspaper format of the printer you choose, and we can recommend online newspaper printers such as Newspaper Club or Mixam. You order and pay for the copies directly, so you see the print price before you commit, and we add nothing to it.
A web edition can be added: the same newspaper as one link for guests who cannot come, or for relatives abroad.
For couples in the UK, the US, Canada and Australia
Priced in US dollars, from US$249 for 8–12 pages, fixed in a written quote. We work by email and send proofs as PDFs; we are in India, so changes you send in the evening are often done by your morning. Indian and mixed weddings abroad can carry a page that explains each ceremony for guests who have not seen one.

Issue launch kit
The posts that launch your issue, made from it and in its design, in your name and your voice: a cover reveal for the feed and stories, a LinkedIn carousel of the main idea, quote cards, a chart card and a note for WhatsApp, each with a suggested caption. Nothing on them mentions us.
Issue launch kit: about 10 pieces, US$99 (₹6,000 in India) per issue.

Questions we get asked
- What goes in a wedding newspaper?
- Usually a front page with your names and the day, the order of the day, how you met, the wedding party and families, the menu and table plan, a puzzle or quiz page, and a thank-you. We agree the page plan with you before design starts.
- How many pages should a wedding newspaper be?
- Newspapers are printed in multiples of four pages; 8 or 12 suits most weddings. Sixteen pages gives room for more photographs and a longer story.
- Where do I print it?
- With an online newspaper printer; we can recommend some, such as Newspaper Club or Mixam. We make the file to the format of the printer you choose, and you order the copies from them directly.
- How early should we order?
- At least eight weeks before the wedding. The first proof arrives within 10 working days of your words and photographs; allow a week or two for changes, then your printer's production and delivery time.
- Can guests get a digital copy?
- Yes. A light PDF comes with every newspaper, and a web edition (one link that opens on any phone) can be added for guests who cannot travel.
- How much does a wedding newspaper cost?
- From US$249 for 8–12 pages and US$399 for 16 pages (₹8,000 and ₹12,000 in India). Printing is paid to the printer, separately.
- Do you write it for us?
- You send the words, even as rough notes or answers to our questions; we edit them to fit, write the headlines and captions, and tell you what is missing. We do not invent your story.
Tell us what you want to publish.
Tell us what you are making, roughly how many pages, and the date it is needed. We come back with a fixed quote and a timetable.
