Nuajibana Trust
Impact report 2025
Nuajibana Trust is fictional, and so are its figures; this is a sample from our studio of the short report a charity sends to the foundations, CSR partners and individual donors who pay for its work.
Donors now ask what changed, not how busy the charity was. So the report leads with outcomes for mothers and babies, keeps the activity counts in a separate column, compares its villages with villages where it does not work, and shows a target it missed.

Decisions
Outcomes lead, outputs follow
The cover line is an outcome, and page 3 sets what changed for mothers (in red) against what the trust did (in blue-green), so activity is never passed off as impact.
Every chart drawn to scale
Bars, dumbbells and columns are drawn from one table of figures, so a number on page 3 matches the same number on pages 5, 6 and 7.
An honest miss and a comparison
Page 6 counts only the difference from nearby villages as the trust's own result, and gives a full band to the breastfeeding target it missed.
Cost per outcome
₹14,515 per safe birth, with three years side by side: the figure foundations ask for first.
