Vasundhara Hospital, Pune, October 2026
A hospital magazine is read in waiting rooms by people who are worried. It has to feel calm and trustworthy, and it has to make one useful promise on the cover.
This specimen leads with a number from the stroke unit and keeps the rest of the cover to short, practical lines: a monsoon fever guide, a free eye camp, a dietitian's column.

A number as the lead line
The 60 is set large in the hospital's deep teal beside the doctor, with the story in italic under it. A reader in a queue understands it from across the room.
Type on the quiet side of the photo
The doctor stands on the left; every cover line sits in the white space to her right, so nothing covers her face or hands.
Practical lines, not slogans
Fever after the rains, a free eye camp with its date and place, a dietitian's column: things a patient can act on.
