Panghat Foundation

Annual Report 2025–26

Panghat Foundation is fictional, and so are its figures; this is a sample from our studio of the report a charity sends to donors, CSR partners and its registrar.

Donors read an NGO report for two things: what changed, and where the money went. So the results are measured against the foundation's own targets, missed ones included, and the money page shows every rupee in and out.

Decisions

  • One number on the cover

The year 3,180 girls stayed in school: the cover leads with the outcome, not the organisation.

  • Targets, met and missed

A results table lists each target, the result and whether it was met. A report that admits a miss is believed on the rest.

  • Money in, money out

Two donut charts and two tables show where the money came from and where it went, in rupees lakh, with the share spent on programmes.

  • Privacy said out loud

Where a story is about a real girl, the caption says the photograph is a stock picture used to protect her privacy.
